Modern taxidermy is owned and operated by Craig and Sue Walters.  Being a Hunter and naturalist, Craig was fascinated by Taxidermy at an early age, thus launching him into a 20+ year career. Not only has he excelled in  professional taxidermy, Craig has also taught others.  Taxidermy has enabled him to travel the globe and experience the world of Taxidermy, whilst meeting some of the best Master Taxidermist the world has to offer.

Hi all

We at Modern Taxidermy have been serving the industry just shy of 30 years. Like all, goods things, it has come to an end( retirement) or at present slowing down lol. We have closed our doors but would love to thank all our past clients , suppliers and friends in the business. It’s a sad day but we have learnt so much not to mention the great friends we have made. So from us to you all, Thankyou.

For the last 7 years we started selling and manufacturing forms for the industry . It eventually grew to a great clientele with Gary Pegg also adding a range of his forms to our supply.

Now for the good news!

Will and Crystal Platell from Riverligh Taxidermy have officially taken over our business. So to all our valued clients I hope you show will and crystal the same support that you have given us. Will has some great plans and I whish him all the best and to watch what I started ,to grow, even more is a dream come true.

Also to all current clients there will be a delay whilst we transfer the Business over - this may take some time but I’m sure Will, will announce when getting closer to completion.
